1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EasySite ("Service"), operated by JY Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EasySite is an AI-powered website builder that allows users to create, publish, and manage static websites. The Service includes AI-generated content, website hosting, Cloudflare Pages integration, and site export features.
3. User Accounts
You may use certain features without an account. To access the full Service, you must create an account via Auth0 authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) create websites that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content; (b) infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights; (c) distribute malware or phishing content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (e) use automated means to abuse the Service beyond normal usage.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By publishing content through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service. You may export or delete your content at any time.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the AI is provided "as is". While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services including Cloudflare, Auth0, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services. When using BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) features, you are responsible for managing your own API keys and credentials.
8. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you downgrade your plan, you may lose access to features available only on higher tiers.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JY Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your content before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
